There was an article in the latest issue of Ladies Home Journal that had a few tips from woman that have been very successful on a diet and changing to a healthy lifestyle. I thought I would share some of the tips because I think they are really sound advice. Check them out below:
- Do not eat snacks at work
- Do not check your weight every day on the scale
- Eat with manners: Chew slowly, take small bites, drink sips for water between bites.
- Eat before you go out, particularly before going out to the movies or shopping. If you are full when you go out, you will be less tempted to get buttery popcorn or a pretzel at the mall.
