Everyone knows that large amounts of junk food is bad for you. But it just seems impossible to resist a chocolate bar or other sweet candy sometimes. Eating a little junk food here and there isn’t that big of a deal, but when you get in the habit of eating junk food, it can be bad.

Pretty good tips. I try to eat healthy snacks, but I just cant stop myself from eating some good chocolate sometimes.

They should make something where you can taste the junk food, but you don’t have to eat it. That would be HOT! OMG I WOULD USE IT ALL DAY!
