I saw this interesting news story about a diet that Briteny Spears has been on to lose some pounds.
- Steamed fish and edamame beans
- Goji berry juice and seaweed shakes!
- Starts each day with a cup of hot water and lemon
I don’t know about you…but a seaweed shake sounds really gross!
Although it does not sound appetizing at all, sources say it has helped her get from a size 14 to a size 10.
