Mountain Dew, Coke, lemon aid, milkshakes, and more are all tasty drinks…but not while you are on a diet or trying to become more healthy. Water is the best thirst quencher and is very good for you opposed to soda and other drinks. It is very important that you get used to drinking water.
If you drink soda all the time, try replacing a soda or two a day with a glass of water. It will be tough at first! But once you get used to it, it won’t be that big of a deal and you will drink water naturally. In short, drink more water!
